PAYMENT * A $500 registration / retainer fee is required before Zoom interviews and is credited toward your selected placement package. The remaining balance is due before any in-person meeting, trial, or hire. All agency fees are final and non-refundable.

Baby Nurse and Newborn Care Specialist placements do not have trials. Families interview via Zoom, select their specialist, and confirm the placement. Paid trials apply only to eligible placement types. If you request multiple services, each placement follows its own policy: selecting another service does not make newborn-care placements eligible for trials. Where trials apply, the client pays the candidate for every hour worked, whether or not they hire. The remaining agency balance, plus applicable taxes, is due before any in-person meeting, eligible trial, or hire.
